Stretch Tents for Pubs, Restaurants & Cafés | Cool Canvas Tent Company

Stretch tents for business

More covered space for your venue

A stretch tent turns your beer garden, patio or courtyard into covered, all-weather customer space — attached to your building, a wall or a timber structure, without the cost of a building extension.

Why a stretch tent

What it does for your business

For pubs, restaurants, cafés, hotels and event venues, a stretch tent works like an outdoor extension of the building.

More customer capacity

Turn a garden, courtyard or terrace into extra dining and drinking space — perfect for busy weekends, summer evenings and events.

Usable in more weather

Shelter from sun and light rain, with sides and walls when you need them. Your outdoor area doesn't close when the weather turns.

Extra revenue

More tables, more covers, another revenue-generating area — from space you already own.

An attractive extension

A relaxed, distinctive look that adds character. With lighting, furniture and planting, the space becomes a destination in its own right.

No building work

Installed over your existing outdoor area — without the cost, planning and disruption of a traditional extension.

A longer season

With heating, lighting and side panels, your outdoor space keeps earning well beyond the summer months.

Fitting to your site

Three ways to attach your tent

Most venue tents are fixed to something that already exists — so the covered space feels like part of your building, not a temporary marquee.

To your building or wall

Stainless steel anchor points are fixed into the wall at one-metre centres, with the tent clipped to a tensioned steel cable — one seamless covered space that flows straight from your venue.

To timber structures

Fixed to posts, pergolas, barns or timber frame buildings. Ideal where digging isn't possible or you want the tent to follow the lines of an existing structure.

Free-standing

Standing on our wooden stretch poles, a tent can cover open ground on its own — courtyards, lawns and car parks, with no fixing to the building at all.
