Pop Up Party
Last weekend we did a rather special event. The sun was out in force which meant a rather hot and dusty set up. We had the full Pop Up Party set up in action. It was a 50th birthday party and many of the guests were camping in the field. The Stretch Tent was the main party tent with the DJ booth in one corner and the bar on the opposite side. We supplied the bar and decor and the client stocked and manned the bar themselves, and a great job they did too! I think some of the guests had some bar experience.

We also supplied the P.A and DJ which gave us a chance to test out the new powered Mackie sub, which sounded sweeeet! The clients had a friend DJ’ing, Steve Bell who was amazing and he played a 5hr set of soulful, funky House so our DJ’s didn’t end up playing much, but the dancefloor was packed the whole night!
Chill Out Lounge
We also supplied the Igloo Tent as a chill out lounge attached on to the edge of the main stretch tent. We left the walls off during the day as it was so hot then put the walls up and turned on the lights as it got dark. The chill out lounge didn’t get used much either because eveyone to busy dancing!
Sunset
The sun put on an amazing display as it went down and we were lucky to get some great photos. As it started getting dark we turned all the lights on. We had the full lighting package and the LED outdoor floodlights which really came into their own on this occasion. The tent was sitting on its own in the corner of the field so the set up looked great with the whole lighting package.
